It's unfortunate that when one is admitted in hospital the AAR Nairobi account managers suddenly do not pick their phones.When one calls the landline these guyz indicate that the authorizing person is not in the office.

How can such a health care insurance provider have such unprofessional behaviour or is it a company culture?

Kenyans be careful and deal with professional companies not quacks who claim to be who they are not!!!
