Juts get off the damn phone and order because there is a long queue of people waiting to  be served.

It's simply being considerate.

Train all the workers to appreciate every customer, and not judge anyone by the value of shopping. File

Matatu world.Educated yet Undisciplined touts


They are as noisy as can be and uncouth language is their middle name. Recent study by the ILO has proved that these uncouth characters are in fact fairly educated!
So why are they so undisciplined?
Many times commuters find themselves engaging in word match with drivers and touts over fares,speed or excess passengers.

It's unfortunate that when one is admitted in hospital the AAR Nairobi account managers suddenly do not pick their phones.When one calls the landline these guyz indicate that the authorizing person is not in the office.

How can such a health care insurance provider have such unprofessional behaviour or is it a company culture?

Kenyans be careful and deal with professional companies not quacks who claim to be who they are not!!!

Under construction.


A customer went to a supermarket @ 9.48pm as they were about to close and the man who was on till 13 told him he could not serve him.

'I had to go queue at a different cashier because that was the express counter of five items and I had eight items. I decided to reduce what I had picked but the cashier was still adamant and told me that I had six items and he couldnt still serve me. Well since I tired from a long day at work I had no choice, but to pick one item which I needed most and leave'.





We have very,very weird staff staff at some supermarkets.
 Most staff 80% that we interact with are very good kudos. But a FEW!!!!!! You walk to do your shopping and then they immediately give you a DEAD FISH STARE and start following you around the store.

I don’t think that Customer service training tells them to STARE and then start stalking people around the aisles. Now I fully understand everything about theft prevention and such counter-measures. Do not get me wrong. We all including customers need to shop in a safe environment.

'We appreciate that. I am just saying that one or two of your employees displaying this BUSH Behaviour makes you look really bad.'



A customer had a nasty experience at an establishment. These are his words;

I had a meal with a friend for about 45 minutes and on leaving found two tyres of my car had been deflated. I asked the guard who was standing nearby and he confirmed he had actualy done it coz I had overstayed!.

Why would  a reputable company treat their esteemed customer in such a way?
